The view was amazing. The room is small but okay for two people. The staff was helpful and kind. They gave us gifts when we checked out.

Location, staff and the drone show! Super great!

I had the worst allergy. I realized the next morning I had bad cough. My sheets are so dusty and looks like been there for days and was not removed.

Everything was super clean. The staff was personable and so sweet. The view on the 1st floor is amazing. Perfect for summer and winter because you can enjoy the sea view with a coffee and not worry about the weather. Also, there's a roof top with a great view where you can take pictures! They also provide you with pajamas which is really cute.

I have no complaints

The hotel was very accommodating for my late arrival, and was easy to communicate with. It was spotlessly clean and felt elegant with all of the bright white marble. I got a capsule room with a view of the bridge and beach. It was stunning. The bed was comfortable and clean. There were plugs in convenient spots for charging and a small fan for white noise and air circulation. There are lockers for your shoes in the lobby and your luggage near your room.

I didn't mind that the bathrooms and showers were down the hall, but I wish there was a stronger air circulation. Even after taking a cold shower (there was plenty of hot water, I just didn't want it) everything was so humid that it was hard to get dry and dressed in the little shower cubby. And then, the hallway was reasonably cool, but with the curtain closed on my capsule, there was very little air conditioning so the fan became mandatory. This was only a 2 night stay of a longer trip, so my carry on suitcase was hard to use with the locker. I had to open it up on the floor, which was basically in the middle of the hallway. I could have taken it to my room, but it wouldn't have opened completely because the floor space was too small. If this is your only destination for a weekend, just pack a backpack/not hard sided option. Overall, they need to turn the air conditioning to a much lower setting.

Wow. From the moment you walk in the staff is attentive. Loved the quiet that came with this capsule stay. Shoe lockers, slippers, pajamas, water, juice, breakfast, common area- everything was wonderful.

The morning sun will heat your space up, but well worth it for the view.

Loved this place!! Especially the staff. They are so welcoming to foreigners and extremely hospitable. The room I had, premium mountain view, was exceptional. Clean, spacious, wonderful.

The next time I stay near Gwangalli beach, I think this will be my go-to hotel! I booked a capsule with a window, so I was able to look out at the ocean and bridge while relaxing.I wasn’t aware until I was leaving, but it seems like breakfast is provided in a small bag! It’s cup noodles and cereal, so it was nice to eat before I had to catch the KTX early in the morning.

As expected, it’s obscenely crowded on Saturday — it seems like a lot of people want to watch the drone show.The capsule gets a bit hot! A small fan is provided, but it doesn’t help much. By the morning, I feel like I’m inside an oven.

This place is in a great spot. Staff were friendly and generally spoke English, should that be important to you. They're helpful with advice on how to get around and what's happening locally.I like the viewing area facing the street on the first floor, where you can eat or drink while looking out the windows at the beach and bridge.Blue bags of towels, cereal, milk and ramen are delivered to the rooms every morning. Nice.Outer wall is mostly glass and had a great view, on the 6th floor.

A "romantic" room on the 6th floor was ... really tiny. The room was double bed's width and shower and toilet and sink were ... functional but cramped, especially if you're tall and trying to ... sit down or stand up in the toilet stall without your knees or head hitting the glass wall.You take your shoes off at the entrance but have to walk a distance to the shoe lockers.Roof area was basically shut down (early Aug 2025) ... hot tubs were empty, chairs removed.

But it is a hostel, better for students

The view from the room was magnificent. I kept extending my stay. The location is excellent. You can sleep with a view of the bridge. On weekends, the street is closed to traffic, making it a fun place. The hotel's cafe and workspaces are wonderful. The staff were very attentive. I'd love to stay again.

The property was in a great location and easy to get to. Was able to watch the drone show from the comfort of my room.

The rooftop area didn’t seem to be as maintained as the rest of the property.

Only one pillow, I would have liked more pillows.

The staff were super friendly. I like the little snacks they leave by the door daily and the cute pajamas. The guy at the front desk was very handsome

The staff, the view, the hotel, the toilets, and showers, the roof - everything was top-notch. I especially loved the second-floor area - it’s such a great spot to work in the evening while enjoying the view. My Busan trip became unforgettable thanks to you. You truly made it amazing! If I return to Busan, your hotel will be my first choice for the third time. A big thank you to the receptionist who listened to my story and even helped me take a couple of pictures!

I wish I had stayed longer! Four nights just wasn’t enough - you can never get enough of this hotel!

The view was great, being directly at the beach. A cup of cornflakes and milk and noodles gratis every day.

Premium capsule room to me sounded like a private space. But its more like a youthhostel with curtains between the capsuls. So there is absolutely no privacy and you are not allowed to take phonecalls in your capsule. You can not buy single drinks in the kitchen downstairs only packages.(but you can bring your own)

Beautiful location, a lot of room for storage and the room was quite big, and comfortable

Tiles of the floor need some fixtures here and there, way to slippery floor on the bathroom if a bit of water is in. But thanks to the wonderful work of the cleaning team, everything was taken care of rapidly
